White Sage Smudge Wand

Sage is an incredible way to clear any kind of energy (specifically negative or heavy) out of a space or your own body.

This sage smudge wand is made of white sage. Personally, I think white sage smells and burns the best.

This sage is grown sustainably & carefully collected from it's original habitat, which resides on private land in the mountainous regions around California.

When to use your smudge wand?
*after an argument or heated discussion

*when you feel overwhelmed/stressed/anxious

*when you’ve had an interaction with someone’s energy that wasn’t pleasant to you.

*when the air flow feels stagnant

*something you are welcome to do whenever you feel you need to!

I like to say an intention that feels good to me. I’ll leave it below so you may use if you resonate with it. But, I always recommend doing whatever comes to YOU.

Intentional prayer

Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Ether

dispel, dismiss, cleanse (continue on whatever you want to remove. Examples: all negativity, fear, worry, stress, heaviness)

And replace with God’s ( or whatever you feel guided to say- Universe, Source, the one creator) love and light ( continue on with whatever you want to fill the space. Examples: inspiration, joy, laughter)
