This kit is a great kit for yourself or even a gift! It has every crystal you would need for each chakra to help your body come into full alignment! Along with A sage wand w/ crystal, a Palo Santo stick, and a abalone shell to catch your ash when smudging! This kit is great for anyone. Someone just learning about chakras and energies to someone who does energy work.

*Black Tourmaline- this crystal is associated with your root chakra. If this chakra is out of balance this is a great crystal to be carrying with you. It helps repel negative energy all while grounding you and bringing you back to a place of balance and connection. 

*Carnelian- this crystal is associated with your sacral chakra. This helps with confidence, sexual energy, creativity. It also helps with any cramping, digestion and stomach issues. 

*Citrine- this crystal is associated with your solar plexus. Citrine helps with will-power, personal responsibility, control issues and self- esteem. It also helps with cramping, stomach and digestion issues. 

*Green calcite- is associated with your heart chakra. It can help strengthen the heart and help you release any stuck emotions. It is also said to speed up spiritual, mental, emotional growth. 

*Sodalite- Is associated with your throat chakra. It can help with feeling like you can’t speak your truth, help friend your voice. Has energies to help calm your voice if feeling frustrated or angry. Very strong for spiritual development as well. 

*Amethyst- is associated with your third- eye chakra. Amethyst is said to be incredible for bringing balance but also amazing for spiritual work. Use when meditating to help you go deeper into other realms and dimensions and develop ‘seeing’ through your spiritual third eye. 

*Selenite wand-  is associated with the crown chakra. Selenite is absolutely amazing for clearing energy or anything. Our crown chakras are one of the main ways we reach source. If someone gets lots of headaches your crown chakra is most likely clogged. Having selenite around will help alleviate headaches but also help you reach Source in a deeper way.
