The Remembering of your Liberation

Embodiment

This pillar is not about becoming something new.
It is about remembering what already belongs to you.

Sovereignty integrates everything you have walked through with Persephone — the descent, the searching, the choices, the cycles. These practices are here to help you anchor that knowing into your body, your decisions, and your daily life.

Move slowly. Choose what resonates. Let the rest wait.

Three Card Pull: The Sovereign

A reflection of inner authority

Before pulling cards, take a moment to place one hand on your heart and one on your lower belly. Breathe slowly. Let yourself arrive.

Pull three cards with this intention:

  • Card One — Where I am reclaiming my authority
This card shows where you are already stepping into self-leadership.

  • Card Two — What still seeks my ownership
A place asking for honesty, responsibility, or integration — without judgment.

  • Card Three — How Persephone supports my sovereignty now
The energy, reminder, or guidance available to you as you claim yourself.

Sit with the cards. Notice what your body responds to first — not just what your mind understands.

Ritual - Claiming the Throne Within

This ritual marks the moment of conscious self-possession.

You will need:

  • A candle

  • A small object that represents you (jewelry, stone, token)

  • A piece of paper and pen

Steps:

  1. Light the candle and place the object in front of you.

  2. Write down one belief, pattern, or story that once held power over you — and no longer does.

  3. Read it aloud softly. Then say:
“I release what no longer governs me.”

  4. Tear the paper or safely burn it.

  5. Pick up your chosen object and say:
“I claim myself. I lead my life.”

  6. Carry this object with you or place it on your altar as a reminder of your sovereignty.

This ritual does not need to be dramatic. Its power comes from your presence.

Journal Prompts and Reflections

Integration through Honesty

Choose one or two questions. Let your answers be imperfect and real.

  • Where in my life do I now take full responsibility — without blame or shame?

  • What no longer has power over me because I know myself more deeply?

  • How does sovereignty feel in my body when I imagine living from it daily?

  • What would change if I trusted myself completely?

Write until you feel a soft settling rather than a conclusion.

Embodiment Practice — Standing in Sovereignty

Sovereignty lives in posture, breath, and containment.

Practice:

  • Stand with feet hip-width apart.

  • Slightly bend your knees and feel the ground beneath you.

  • Place one hand on your womb or lower belly, one on your heart.

  • Take five slow breaths, lengthening the exhale.

With each exhale, silently repeat:
“I am here. I am with myself.”

Notice how your body wants to hold itself when it feels safe to lead. This is your sovereign stance. Return to it whenever you feel pulled outward.

Embodying the Frequency of Sovereignty

Sovereignty is not a moment — it is a relationship with yourself.

You may notice it when:

  • You pause before reacting.

  • You choose rest without justification.

  • You say no without guilt.

  • You act from alignment instead of urgency.

Each of these is an act of self-leadership.

Let sovereignty be practiced in the small moments.
This is how it becomes unshakable.

A Loving Reminder for the Body

As you integrate this pillar, your body may ask for rest, grounding, or emotional processing.

You are encouraged to return often to:

Sovereignty does not rush.
It listens.
