Payments & Billing

By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life unfolds in unexpected ways, and we aim to approach these policies with clarity, fairness, and care.
Sessions & Appointments
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Missed sessions or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
If Spirited Treasure must cancel a session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Mentorship & Multi-Session Offerings
Mentorship programs (including packages of multiple 1:1 sessions) are non-refundable once purchased.
Spirited Year Session
Due to the depth of preparation and personalized nature of this offering, the Spirited Year Session is non-refundable.
Digital Products & Memberships
Digital products, downloadable content, and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated on the specific offering page.
Membership cancellations stop future billing and access at the end of the current billing cycle; past payments are not refunded.

4. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates:
Are non-refundable and non-transferable
Have no cash value
May be applied only toward eligible Spirited Treasure offerings
Expire only if stated at the time of purchase
