Spirited Treasure — General Liability Waiver

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Spirited Treasure offerings, including sessions, memberships, digital content, mentorships, classes, or practices, you acknowledge and agree to the following General Liability Waiver.

Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in Spirited Treasure offerings is entirely voluntary. These offerings may include, but are not limited to, intuitive guidance, spiritual counsel, astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, embodiment practices, reflective exercises, meditative practices, and educational content delivered through live sessions, recorded materials, written resources, or community spaces.

Not Medical, Mental Health, or Professional Care

I acknowledge that Spirited Treasure does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

I understand that:

  • Spirited Treasure does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical or mental health treatment.

  • Any guidance or practices offered are not a substitute for professional care.

  • I am responsible for seeking appropriate support from licensed professionals when needed.

Personal Responsibility & Self-Awareness

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being during and after participation.

I understand the importance of honoring my own limits and agree to:

  • Participate at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for me

  • Pause, modify, or stop any practice that causes discomfort or distress

  • Communicate any concerns or questions as they arise

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in Spirited Treasure offerings may involve emotional insight, self-reflection, embodiment practices, or energetic awareness that can feel activating or uncomfortable at times.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including but not limited to:

  • Emotional release or discomfort

  • Temporary physical sensations related to embodiment practices

  • Increased self-awareness that may bring up previously unexamined beliefs or experiences

Embodiment Practices (Additional Acknowledgment)

This section applies specifically to embodiment-based practices offered through Spirited Treasure, including guided movement, somatic awareness, breathwork, grounding exercises, and body-based self-reflection.

I understand that embodiment practices may involve physical movement, emotional release, or heightened body awareness. These practices are invitational, and I am free to participate at my own pace, modify movements, or stop at any time.

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and understand that it is my responsibility to consult a qualified healthcare professional if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect my participation.

I acknowledge that Spirited Treasure does not provide physical therapy, medical treatment, rehabilitation, or medical supervision. I accept full responsibility for my physical participation and release Spirited Treasure from liability related to physical discomfort, strain, or injury that may occur during or after embodiment practices.

I agree to listen to my body, honor my limits, and communicate any discomfort or concerns as they arise.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Spirited Treasure, its owner, facilitators, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in any offerings, whether live, recorded, or written.

This release applies to all forms of participation, including sessions, memberships, mentorships, digital products, community spaces, and communications.

Memberships, Scheduling & Access

I understand that:

  • Memberships, sessions, and offerings may be updated, rescheduled, or modified as needed.

  • Access to recordings may be provided when live offerings are unavailable.

  • Spirited Treasure reserves the right to cancel or terminate participation or access if necessary, in alignment with its Terms of Use.
