Invocation — The Rising
Before you jump in, you may want to use a prayer to help connect with Inanna. Make this as magical as you would like. Grab a candle. Your journal. Play music. Allow yourself to feel the power of Inanna activate within you.
Inanna,
She who was stripped and still endured,
She who hung in the dark and chose to return —
stand with me now.
There are parts of me that feel emptied.
There are places where I mistook loss for failure.
There are moments I have questioned whether I am strong enough to begin again.
And yet, I am still here.
I release the need to be understood by everyone.
I release the hunger for approval that once shaped my choices.
I release the illusion that I must earn my right to exist fully.
If I have felt defeated, let that defeat humble me — not harden me.
If I have fallen, let me rise wiser, not smaller.
Today I choose to rise.
Not as who I was.
Not as who they expected me to be.
But as who I am remembering myself to be.
Let my voice be my own.
Let my desires be clean.
Let my worth no longer be negotiated.
If doubt comes, steady me.
If I falter, remind me: I have already survived the descent.
I do not seek validation.
I seek alignment.
And I rise —
not because it is easy,
but because it is true.
Three-Card Pull — The Woman Who Stands Again
There is a moment in every initiation where you realize no one is coming to validate your becoming. This is not punishment — it is power. Pillar III is about rising without applause, choosing alignment over approval, and remembering that your truth does not require consensus.
Before you shuffle, take a steady breath and ask:
Who am I becoming now that I no longer need permission?
Let the cards reflect the woman emerging — not the one who fell.
The Spread
Card One — The Mask I Am Removing
What role, performance, or protective pattern am I ready to stop carrying?
Card Two — My Authentic Core
What truth, desire, or quality within me is asking to lead now?
Card Three — The Way I Rise
How am I being asked to embody this authenticity in my real, everyday life?
Sit with your cards for a few moments before interpreting them mentally. Notice how your body responds. Does something feel relieving? Confronting? Clarifying?
Journal what feels immediately true — and what feels uncomfortable. Authenticity often feels unfamiliar at first, especially if you’ve lived by external validation. Let the insights settle over the next few days. Watch how life presents small invitations to rise differently.
You are not rebuilding from scratch.
You are standing as yourself.
Guided Practice — Meeting the Woman You Are Becoming
This meditation is an invitation to meet yourself beyond the mask. Not the version shaped by expectation or survival, but the version of you that already exists beneath it all — the one who is no longer seeking validation, the one who moves from truth.
In this practice, you are guided to a threshold — a bridge between who you have been and who you are becoming. As you walk, you are asked to consciously release the identities, beliefs, and attachments that cannot cross with you. Not as loss, but as devotion. On the other side, you meet her — the woman who is already living in alignment. You see how she carries herself, how she speaks, how she moves through her day. You feel her presence in your body.
This is not imagination for the sake of escape.
It is a reconnection.
Your higher self is not separate from you. She is not waiting for you to become worthy. She exists as a frequency — one you can access, embody, and begin to anchor into your everyday life. By witnessing her clearly, you begin to close the gap between where you are and where you desire to be.
This practice allows you to feel what is possible before you fully live it. And feeling is what creates change.
Return to this meditation often. Let it refine your vision. Let it show you what is ready to shift. And most importantly, begin asking yourself throughout your day:
What would she choose here?
Because the more you choose as her…
the more you become her.
After: Be sure to take some time to journal everything you experienced. Document and be as detailed as possible! This will be great to come back to reflect and also embody the codes from your higher self!
Reflection — Standing in Your Own Name
Authenticity is not something you figure out all at once. It is something you return to — again and again — each time you choose truth over performance. This reflection space is an invitation to listen more closely to yourself. Not the version of you shaped by expectation, but the quieter, steadier voice underneath it.
As you move through these questions, notice where you feel yourself tighten or soften. Notice what feels relieving, and what feels unfamiliar. You are not trying to get it “right.” You are learning to recognize yourself without needing approval to do so.
Take your time with these. You may not have immediate answers — and that’s okay. Authenticity is not something you force into clarity. It reveals itself when you create space for it.
Each honest answer is a step toward standing more fully as yourself.
Journal Prompts
Where in my life am I still performing instead of expressing?
What am I hoping to receive in return? What feels most true for me right now — even if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else?
When do I feel the strongest pull to seek validation?
What does that part of me actually need? What would I say, choose, or do if I trusted myself fully in this moment?
What part of my truth have I been minimizing or softening to stay comfortable?
Who am I when no one is watching, responding, or affirming me?
What do I naturally return to?What does it feel like in my body when I am fully being myself?
How can I create more moments like that in my day?
Embodying the Frequency of Authenticity
To embody this frequency is to give yourself ongoing permission to be real — not just once, but in the small, quiet moments of your day. Authenticity is not a fixed arrival point; it is a living relationship with yourself. It looks like noticing when you begin to perform and gently returning to truth. It feels like choosing the honest response instead of the polished one, even if your voice shakes. There is less urgency to be liked, more willingness to be known — first by yourself. You begin to trust that you do not need to shape-shift to belong, and that your presence is enough without adjustment.
On a day-to-day level, this embodiment is subtle but powerful. You pause before agreeing to something that doesn’t feel aligned. You let your “no” be clean and your “yes” be genuine. You stop over-explaining your instincts and start honoring them. Some days it will feel natural; other days it will feel unfamiliar, even uncomfortable. That is part of the initiation. Each time you choose to stand in your truth without seeking permission, you strengthen the connection to who you really are. And over time, authenticity stops feeling like a risk — and starts feeling like home.
Take a moment to Integrate and Care
Please remember that this work is very powerful BUT it can be easy to be stuck in the mind.
I created the Integration and care section in working with Inanna and The Body Temple to help you truly embody these frequencies. It is always a journey. From personal experience, I have noticed I can only get so far until I create safety in my body to truly embody my true essence. These are all here to help you along. Reflections and ritual are powerful and potent - but if your body doesn’t feel safe - your authenticity will feel forced.
The Tidal Current
The Tidal Current
Welcome to The Tidal Current — a space where nothing about you needs to be edited, softened, or made palatable.
This is the chamber where your truth is allowed to exist exactly as it is: raw, holy, tender, messy, sacred, angry, grieving, expanding, contracting — all of it welcome.
This is not a place for performance.
This is not a place to be “good.”
This is a place to exhale.
Here, you get to show up in the exact moment you’re in — not the moment you think you should be in.
Your voice belongs here.
Your experiences belong here.
Your process belongs here.
This space is for release.
For connection.
For sisterhood.
For the in-between moments while you move through the Temple and your own becoming.
Take a breath.
You have a place to land now.
